Returns & cancellation
Cancellation before dispatch
Contact support@yxkidslab.com with your order reference to request cancellation before dispatch. If we have not dispatched the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid, including shipping. Cancelling an unpaid PayPal checkout releases its stock reservation.
14-day change-of-mind returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Goods must be unused, unassembled and complete with original packaging and accessories. Send them within 14 days after we confirm the return instructions. We refund the amount paid for the returned goods; the original outbound shipping charge is not refunded unless required by applicable law. You pay the return postage to Guangzhou, China. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods
Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description; photos help us resolve the issue. Depending on the issue, we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement, repair or a refund. We cover reasonable necessary return and replacement-shipping costs for faulty, incorrect or incomplete goods. Please contact us before sending anything back. The voluntary 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Chinese address: 广东省广州市增城区新塘镇官湖村三角水路14-4#601. Obtain our return instructions first and include your order reference. Returns are to China, not a local Singapore warehouse.
Refund timing
We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, or approving a refund without return. PayPal or your bank may take additional time to show the funds. No policy here excludes mandatory consumer remedies.
