Destinations and availability
Choose Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE · Dubai, Malaysia or the Philippines for the 7-in-1, 12-in-1 and 16-in-1 kits, subject to destination and checkout availability. Orders ship from Guangzhou, China. Select the destination to see item prices and standard shipping before payment. UAE delivery is limited to Dubai addresses. Australia and US ordering remain closed.
Singapore shipping price and timing
Shipping and handling are charged separately and shown before PayPal approval. Current SGD item prices and shipping totals are shown on each product page and in your bag. Multi-kit shipping is calculated together by quantity, packed weight/size and battery limits; an order may ship in multiple parcels. The accepted checkout shipping price is fixed for your order; we cover differences in our carrier costs. Processing normally takes 1 business day after confirmed payment. Estimated transit is 4–7 business days after 4PX accepts the parcel, excluding holidays and possible customs delays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Hong Kong shipping price and timing
Hong Kong orders are paid in HKD. The website calculates a fixed store shipping and handling price from the selected kits and quantities, including parcel splits where needed. We cover normal carrier charges and cost differences for an accepted order. Reference transit is 1–3 business days after carrier warehouse acceptance, plus preparation. Remote areas and special handovers may take longer. Our standard packed kits have been confirmed for 4PX shipping.
Dubai shipping price and timing
UAE delivery covers Dubai addresses only. Dubai orders are paid in USD. Shipping and handling are calculated on the website and fixed when the order is accepted; we cover normal carrier and import cost differences. Our standard packed kits have been confirmed for 4PX shipping. Allow normally 1 business day for preparation after confirmed payment. Transit and customs timing vary with carrier arrangements, so we do not promise a delivery date. Tracking is available after dispatch.
Currency and checkout total
Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines use SGD; Hong Kong uses HKD, and Dubai uses USD. Regional merchandise prices follow fixed store pricing rules, not live exchange rates. Item prices and standard shipping are shown before payment. For Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai, normal shipping and import charges are covered by us. For Malaysia and the Philippines, import taxes and remote-area charges may be payable by the recipient. Shipping is our store price, not a live carrier quotation. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion fees.
Import charges by destination
We are not registered for Singapore GST and do not collect Singapore GST at checkout. For accepted orders to Singapore, Hong Kong or Dubai, we cover import taxes, duties and normal customs-clearance charges if assessed. If the carrier requests these charges, contact support@yxkidslab.com so we can arrange payment or reimburse you against an official receipt. This assistance is only needed if an import-charge issue occurs; it is not required to place an order. For Malaysia and the Philippines, import taxes and remote-area charges may be payable by the recipient. This policy does not claim that the carrier provides DDP or that every parcel is tax exempt. Your payment provider's currency-conversion fees remain your responsibility.
Address and tracking
Use your actual delivery address in PayPal for the selected destination; UAE addresses must be in Dubai. Check it before approving payment. Contact us immediately to request an address correction; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Tracking appears on your order-status page after dispatch. Keep the order reference. My orders shows recent orders in the checkout browser for up to 30 days. When email sign-in is available, verify the email provided by PayPal at checkout to view confirmed orders on another device.
Late or missing parcels
If delivery has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate. For a parcel confirmed lost, choose a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. If it still has not been delivered after 30 business days, you may request a full refund; this does not cover a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery. We will agree a fair solution in those cases. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
