Delivery destination suggestions
Cloudflare may infer your approximate country from your IP address to suggest a delivery destination. The suggestion can be changed; your chosen destination is saved in your browser. This feature does not store your IP address.
Order access and service emails (updated 14 October 2026)
Guest checkout remains available. If you request email sign-in, we use your email address to send a single-use code and create an order-access account when verification succeeds. A secure sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session. Codes expire after 10 minutes, are stored as keyed hashes, and expired code/session records are removed in batches. Confirmed orders are linked only to the checkout email returned by PayPal. When enabled, Resend processes recipients and message content to deliver sign-in codes, order confirmations and shipment updates. These are service emails, not newsletter subscriptions. Optional visit analytics (updated 4 October 2026)
If you allow analytics in Privacy settings, we store a pseudonymous browser identifier and visit identifier, source/campaign tags, estimated country, device category, pages, product interactions and estimated active time. We may link a consented visit to your order to understand purchases. We do not collect typed text, full referrer URLs, screen recordings or raw IP addresses in analytics. Visits restart after 30 minutes without reports. Analytics records are available for 90 days and expired records are removed in batches as the service runs. Privacy settings lets you stop collection and delete analytics associated with this browser; this does not delete fulfilment records. Blocking or refusing analytics does not prevent shopping.

Information used to fulfil orders
We process your selected goods, delivery address and recipient details supplied through PayPal, order and payment references, transaction status, tracking and support correspondence to take payment, deliver goods and handle returns. We do not receive your PayPal password or full payment-card details.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser local storage remembers your bag and delivery country. A secure checkout cookie links your browser to your orders and lasts up to 30 days. Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated abuse; security logs may include hashed network identifiers. Optional customer chat and embedded YouTube videos use their providers' technologies when loaded.
Service providers and international processing
The website's hosting providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, PayPal, our delivery carrier 4PX and any necessary delivery partners, and tawk.to customer chat process information needed for their services. Order fulfilment is managed in China and providers may process data in other countries. We share information for these purposes and do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain order and support records only as needed for fulfilment, refunds, disputes, security and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records must be retained to meet these obligations. This store is for purchases by adults. Children should use activities with adult supervision and should not submit personal information or place orders.
